Polyobject with eternity/static portal refuses to rotate

Not sure if intentional, but if a polyobject has a eternity/static portal attached to it, it won't rotate. I attached a sample wad with two polyobjects and two switches. One with a static, and the other with an interactive.

It has already been explained on Discord, but let's repeat it for reference here, too. Static portals on polyobjects may move, as long as the constant distance offset is preserved, but they can never rotate. Only simpler types that allow changing offsets are allowed to.
