[Vulkan, mostly?] Shape2D runs out of device memory

Quite simply, at least with my use-case, Shape2D instantly Fatal Error-s with an "Out of device memory" error.
This works with 4.5.0 and only breaks in dev builds, so it's probably caused by this commit.

Steps to reproduce:
  • Run GZDoom with the provided test file. It's a titlemap, so it'll error out as soon as it starts. (When working, it's supposed to cover the whole screen in pink)
