[Fixed] +WEAPON.NOAUTOFIRE glitch w/chat button

+WEAPON.NOAUTOFIRE glitch w/chat button

This is an edge case, but I thought I'd report it anyway for the sake of completeness.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Load any map and use the IDFA cheat.
  2. Press and hold the fire button.
  3. With the fire button still held, switch to the rocket launcher and immediately press the chat button.
  4. Release the fire button.
  5. Exit chat mode.
  6. Try to fire the rocket launcher. It won't fire. This is not expected behavior.
  7. However, the rocket launcher will fire normally when you try to fire it again.

Addendum: You don't have to switch to the rocket launcher immediately, this can also be done after step 5. In this case, the weapon you were holding before the switch will continue to fire despite that the fire button is not held anymore. This is also not expected behavior.

Tested in GZDoom 4.4.2 and g4.5pre-256
