Switch using "183 SR crusher start" doesn't animate

I have found an issue with zDoom and gzDoom where I can't get a switch to animate properly using action "183 SR crusher start (fast)". Or rather, the first time it is used it animates the switch texture, but if you stop the crusher via another switch it stops animating the start switch.

For clarity I have made a small demo that shows the problem. The red line is WR action that starts the crusher. The green switch starts the crusher. The blue switch stops it. The map runs on E1M1 and is Boom comp.

I have tested it with other sourceports to be sure that it's not me seeing things. It works in Eternity and prBoom+.
