Collision between Actor Translation var & Translation struct

Actor has a member called "Translation", but the "Translation" struct has the same name, which means calls to the static functions inside the struct would often fail if the code is used inside an Actor.

I added a new struct named 'Translate' which just wraps around 'Translation' to make its methods accessible.

You removed AddTranslation in that commit, any reason in particular?
