[Fixed] IcyCaco-demon disappears

IcyCaco-demon disappears

In the ICYCACO example, the caco disappears when following is done:

Freeze it (hit the switch or puke 1)
De-freeze it (switch or puke 1)
Grab the BFG and kill it
Freeze it
De-freeze it, then it disappears completely (even from automap)

Or just de-freeze it with this savegame http://linux01.org:2222/f/mystcaco.cab

Fixed for 2.0.48/2.1.0. Activating a dead monster would make it continue to its next state, which is usually NULL.
