Retro Shader With Doom With Sprinkles causes lines on screen

Whenever I enable Retro Shader on Pompous Seed's Doom With Sprinkles with Pixelation on, it causes this issue with the screen. Didn't have this issue when playing with both on while using GZDoom 4.1.1. Might be an issue with the mod and this specific version, or it might be an issue with my hardware, using an integrated Radeon HD 7570 and an i5 3220 with 8gb of RAM on Windows 10. If the problem lies with either of these, my apologies but I also posted on Pixel Eater's Vanilla Essence about a crash while using it and it occured to me it might be either this specific version of GZDoom or my hardware.
