There is almost no information here that could help us identify the cause of the crash, or even try to recreate the crash in order to be able to debug it.

No, it's the engine bug. The report is OK except you should mention that it crashes during loading.

You cannot do anything with that if you are not building GZDoom by yourself.
However, even if you are not doing own builds, there are several options.
You can wait for the next release, but I have no idea when it will be made.
You can wait for the next devbuild and download it here.
You can grab an executable from continuous integration here.
