Env map on mirrors not rendered properly

Although I personally don't use this feature, a bug is a bug.

1) Download http://thekinsie.com/crap/kinstest.zip and load up doomtest.wad
2) open console, type "map test"
3) look directly behind you

Environment map works in OpenGL as it always has before, but in Vulkan the effect looks a little wrong. It may be a little hard to see, I suggest standing close to the mirror and then using the mouse to turn the view left and right.
