Building from master breaks weapon swap and mouse-look
Building from master (with the latest commit 199ac4384113c6bd5a7ef15e9f578547e8e3735b) in Debug mode on Windows 7 x64 with Visual Studio 2015 (without XP compatibility enabled) results in weapnext, weapprev, lookup, lookdown, and mouse-look all being nonfunctional. When I use DRD Team's gzdoom-x64-g3.8pre-266-g199ac4384.7z build, everything seems to work correctly.

The current master branch has essentially been dropped. We will switch to the 'rolling_back' branch soon. The last build I made on that was fine.

I can confirm the rolling_back branch works for me.
