Exactly what it says on the tin. The weapon will always use its default decal generator regardless of any changes made to its DecalGenerator field.

The cause of this is that SpawnShootDecal uses the weapon's default value of DecalGenerator when spawning the decal. I have no idea why that "GetDefault()->" is present there. Removing it doesn't seem to break anything, and changing DecalGenerator starts working normally.

PR with the fix.

That seems to be something very, very old that never got noticed...
