Missiles Don't Fire Correctly
The missiles won't fire while in the center walkway but always when on either side of it...

You got several untagged Sector_Set3DFloor specials around the heads which look like they shoot the rockets. Those create invisible barriers that actually block sight. Remove them and it works.
No, these cannot be disabled because some mappers actually USED tag 0 with 3D floors.
