Tested with the new public release of Gzdoom 3.4.0
As stated in the thread title, if you save and then load a map, dynamic lights turn into small dots and do not light the map properly anymore. I've uploaded a test map.

I think this issue should be fixed in the public release as a hotfix, as it can potentially ruin the experience for any kind of mod.
