A few maps to look at might be "FINAL", "MAP15", and there are others too but I do not remember them off the top of my head.

It appears this one was related to another bug that got fixed, and this issue by proxy got fixed. I am not 100% sure what the issue was, but it no longer occurs so, /shrug.
