QZDoom Download Links Broken

Attempting to click the 32 or 64 bit Windows links for QZDoom gives the user a "You are not authorised to read this forum" error.

I believe those were taken down for the security issues fixed a while back, and since there hasn't been any new QZDoom versions, the link wasn't changed.
