The newly added PlayerRespawn Skill definition in MAPINFO does not behave the same as the AllowRespawn map definition. The former strips all of your inventory when you respawn, when this doesn't seem to happen with the latter case.
Load up MAP01 with the attached wad. Do IDKFA, and then die. You'll respawn with all your inventory intact. However, die on any other map, and although you'll respawn without the map resetting, your inventory resets completely as if you started a new game.

Yep, these two conditions were incomplete. Fixed in af7648a.
