Low byte tag can be over 255
Same file as the other report. Notice that the first 2 interpolation points have a low byte tag of above 255, yet still work. In other words, why is HiTag there if it does nothing?

Don't forget that Hexen format only has byte args and needs the hi-byte value to express larger tags. UDMF does not need the hi-byte anymore but old maps still need it to work.

Perhaps the wiki should be updated, stating that hi-byte is unnecessary for UDMF and thus avoid confusion for new users.
