No accuracy for your sniper rifle

Hi guys,

I just did a "fov 10" to zoom in, and fired the shotgun. As you can see, the hit is not where the crosshair is. If I move one pixel to the right (in FOV 10) the particles show up on the right side, so there is an accuracy problem, which a potential Sniper rifle implementation would suffer from.
The shotgun spread is not that much, it's really internally.
And I also can't tell why there are particles in the left and near the crosshair.

Not sure what I am looking at with this shot. There seems to be an even spread of decals, with exagerated width of spread because the distance is artificially shortened. I know my sniper rifle mod, which fires 20 shots at one time is as accurate as I would expect it to be.

My sniper rifle mod Sniper Of Insanity works fine, however, I still haven't uploaded it, yet, mainly because my hard drive hasn't been transferred to my new computer, yet.

Ok, I re-tested it with the railgun.bex, which is accurate to the point up to
~1024 units (did not check further).
