Yes, but Why? You can just use Voodoo Dolls, and it's much easier.

I think you're wearing your brain backwards, cuz Scripting is SOOOOOOO much e-z-er. (Its also easier to spell it e-z-er)

Depends what you want to do. Sometimes (most times?) scripting will be easier, but there are some effects that will still be easier and more neatly achieved by simply dropping a second player start in your editor.
