Works for me (although I'd hardly call anything regarding this patch 'working'...)

Looking at that crash log, it crashed while drawing a one-sided wall. However, from looking at the log, I can also see that it definitely would not have crashed if it had done what it was told to do. Specifically, the instruction just before the crash is this:

Code: Select all

mov eax,dword ptr [esp+1Ch]
From the stack contents listing, [esp+1Ch] has the value FFFFE000 (see the last entry on the second line), so the EAX register should contain that value at the time of the crash. Instead, from looking at the top of the crash log, EAX contains the value 7FFF7EFE, which is quite different. Had EAX held its proper value, the instruction that crashed would have read from the memory it was supposed to access and everything would have been fine.

So apparently something is wrong with your computer.

Hm... as for HARDER.DEH, I think you should do something with the cyberdemon and spidermastermind... like maybe, give the cyberdemon a BFG and the spidermastermind a railgun?

HARDER.DEH gives the cyberdemon flyingpowers and the bigspider a rocketchaingun.

also I should probably make an effort to learn assembly someday.
