Strange jumping near water sector bug

I was adding some metal bars in the ceiling of an area with water in it today. In the water area there are some poles rising up of the water, which you can use to jump.

After making all the bars in the ceiling, I tried jumping across the poles. Unfortunately, I found out that the bars, even though way high up, block you from jumping to some of the poles. It's as if you hit an invisible barrier as you try to jump to the next pole.

In addition, I noticed that when you stand near the edge of a pole, you can't jump as high as if you stand at the center of the pole, or in an area outside of the deep water sector.

Sounds like there may be some lines which have incorrect sector references, so they take on the height of a sector other than the one you want.

I found out why. It was because the height in the sector was lower than the control sector. You just couldn't see the -actual- ceiling, so it appeared there was plenty of room above you. Now it works perfectly.
