[Fixed] GL Lights Bug

GL Lights Bug

I was messing with the light options in GZDoom and I found a weird bug:

It happens when I start the game. It first happened when I disabled 'Lights affect sprites' on MAP02 with brightmaps loaded. I have enabled light shadowmaps (I don't think it matters anyway) and I enabled 'Load lights' at startup. 'Load brightmaps' doesn't seem to make a differrence. Lights affect sprites is off, if I turn it on the game seems to work fine.

EDIT: I'm using a Nvidia GTX 950
