It won't work in 2.1.1, it's ZScript based, you're gonna need to use LZDoom or a much more current GZDoom version. Should work fine with DRLA's monsters though.

Since it's more enemies you want, I highly recommend trying my Dynamic Enemy Reinforcements (DER) mod. Be sure to read the first two posts of that thread before trying it. It's intense!

And if you want the most possible enemies you can handle, try using CE + DER. They work just fine together, and you can easily spawn as many enemies as you can handle, or until your computer melts :twisted:
