One of the drawbacks of a large collection of pwads is that finding a specific pwad is almost impossible when one does not remember the title or the author.
The pwad I am looking for had been made several years ago, maybe 15 to 20, and opened up with a cutscene where several players, all coloured differently, are shooting each other in what appears to be a power room. After a while a huge black hole opens up in the floor and swallows said players to continue with the game.
If somebody could tell me which pwad it could be, I would be grateful.

I know this doesn't really help - but I can confirm that you are not imagining it - I definitely remember it. It wasn't something by Cyb was it? Maybe Void?

It is quite something how my memory recalls the overall scenario, but I did not remember the cyberdemon or the heresiarch. And I 'distinctly' remembered the hole being black
