Bloodfalls but Water

Is there a free-to-use texture of BFALL1 but the blood is all water?

Thanks!

These unused textures from doom II should work.
Is not exactly like BFALL1, but i guess you can still use it.

Sorry for the late reply.
Thanks for the reference. I'll note that but I have already found a solution weeks ago.
I was aiming for a pixelated water, not an HD style, kinda like a 90's pixel style.

Thanks though, very cool. :D

There's a lot of waterfall textures out there. Besides the already mentioned unused one from Doom:

Both TNT and Plutonia have their own take on recolored blood/nukage falls:

Hell to Pay and Perdition's Gate have a pretty cool one, too:

Then there are the other games on the engine: Heretic, Hexen, Strife:

(Yes, the Strife one isn't animated. Disappointing, I know. Instead they use a vertical scrolling effect on the line where it's used.)

And what if you're crazy enough to combine them together?

(Probably won't handle being forced into a palette easily, though.)

Thanks for the Hexen one. I really wanted a stagnant wave texture since reusing the waterfall one I found a while back was DISGUSTANG.

Thanks, Gez :D

Thanks neoworm, I'll note that for future reference. I was looking for a flowing water texture for a park fountain of sorts but this could be of use for my future levels. :o

Can translations only be applied to sprites or textures too?
If that's the case I suggest doing that to BFALL1. Or maybe with an external tool.

Am no graphics designer :x

With the TEXTURES lump you can apply translations (among other cool effects) to patches so you can translate textures in a roundabout way; but that requires defining new textures anyway.

I suppose with UDMF you could make use of the Doom 64-like material color settings to change a line's color. Dunno how well it works when the texture already has a saturated color instead of being a dull gray like the Doom 64 textures mostly are.
