Skybox of E4 sky?

Skybox of E4 sky?

Does anybody know of a skybox based on (or closely resembling) the E4 sky and that is free to use in Doom mods?
There was one that looked a bit like it, with a Saturn-like planet in it IIRC, but what I am seeking is just this as a skybox:
