You seem to be in luck - I do have what you lookin' for. This thing was designed to be a gun-pod HUD, and will be used only on the level HELL-copter!!!, so I guess it won't hurt at all if you desire to utilize it for your needs. It is unpaletted PNG as it is, and uses transparency, so you might have to customize it for your needs...well, no matter. Resolution is 1024×768.

It was assembled from various graphic elements from that hidden object game The Clockwork Man, and served the purpose of a background element when you're supposed to find various object inside a submarine. As it is, it didn't look like a gunpod cockpit, so I did a little tinkering to make a bottom part look like a cockpit of some sort (primarily it was designed for only one centered weapon). The gun itself must be put behind the cockpit graphic.

Okay then, that satisfies me. Remember, it's highly important that these things be disclosed from the start, to prevent confusion later on.

No prob, this was pretty easy to backtrack, as the game had nothing else which could be really used for graphical purposes.
Tomi Downloader also plans to add cracks and bullet holes to the HUD when the helicopter gets damaged, but I'm not so sure the game could be programmed to replace the HUD during a level with the damaged-looking one, so he postponed the realization of the idea.

Hm...it's a bit too...angular...regular...I don't really know the correct word. But it does have Doomguy's hands and is paletted, so might also be a good choice. A little animation for those screens wouldn't hurt

Not that I know of. Maybe PM NoozeArts and ask if that is available.
