no fancy stuff added, no rips, just a basic doom 3 smg but center aimed

Metadoom and one made by GAA1992 has the centered MG sprites

thing is the metadoom one look too rip-py, and the one GAA used has too much stuff on the back. I want the sprite smoothness of the latter with the bare bones normal look of the former
