I can't imagine how that would even work. Does each barrel have a pump? Or does one pump handle both barrels? Where do the shells load from? Where do they eject from? The idea of a pump-action over-under seems pretty alien to the very mechanics of a shotgun.

it would basically be a double barrel pump action, but the whole thing is rotated 90 degrees

That looks good, but I was looking for something that would be closer to the default Doom shotguns. Thanks though.

That's not pump action though, I was looking for a cocking animation like Doom's default shotgun.
