[Request] Heretic/Hexen player forced garrrrrgh sounds

Has anyone created voice sounds for Heretic or Hexen that sound like the player is trying to move something real heavy, so he's panting and garrrrrghing to budge that thing up?

Sorry, I don't know what's the word describing the vocal noise one makes when forcing something heavy :)

Just use the sound they make when pressing on a wall...sounds a bit gruntish to me. Slow it down and it'll probably sound better.
