It's actually the chemsprayer (chemthrower would be too much like a flamethrower wouldn't it), and I'd tell you who made it but the SVN repository has long since kicked the bucket.
the newer version isn't much better either

additional request; i finished to rip the venom gun also it's animation, but it's really looking bad to me. so i'd like to request it for anyone who eagers to re-polish this gun. the front barrel is finished, so only thing that i need is other barrels inside, bullet belt's animation and better shaded stock.
