Sorry if this has already been reported.
Load up Doom 2 MAP05 with the software renderer and dynamic lights enabled.

I believe this occurs due to viewing the lights from a cardinal angle (dead south). The effect goes away if you turn the player's angle. Moving the player around (but not turning in any direction) will cause the effect to flicker wildly.
