PowerInvisibility doesn't "blink" when expiring

Tested with: 3.2.1 64-bit


When PowerInvisibility is about to expire, the weapon's sprite is supposed to alternate between being invisible and visible ("blinking"). This doesn't happen anymore. Well, it happens in the OpenGL and truecolor modes/renderers, but not in software. It appears it first broke in 3.0.0. It works fine in 2.4.0.
