Summary 0000532: Index (Start) page should not be caching
Description The Index page is currently caching, causing the news posts not to be properly updated.

I think long-term, it'd be a good idea to cache these pages and expose a way for devs/admins to easily clear the cache. Bonus points if we can have this trigger in response to posting a new thread in News / Development Blogs. Think this'd be possible post-3.2.0 upgrade?
For now, though, I'll turn the caching off.

If we have a phpBB extension created, we could. I still haven't figured out how to do that and I've been spending a lot of time with friends lately, just haven't had a ton of time for ZDoom stuff.
