If you want help you're going to have to provide lots of info. Like what is your hardware, what is your operating system, what version of GZDoom/LZDoom/whatever you're using, what mods you're loading, how you're loading it, what you've already tried for fixing the problem, and anything else that is even remotely relevant to the problem.

We can't magically figure out what it is if you're going to be vague, and if we feel like you're just wasting our time with guessing games we will act like that's what you're really doing and won't help you.

Sudden slow load times

Problem:
I've been playing gzdoom with no issues for a couple months but am suddenly having slow loading times. Slowdown happens when a level starts, when a level ends and is pulling up the stats screen, or when I save or load a game. So usually the end of a level is two slowdowns, stats screen, load new level. Slowdown happens when you do an idclevxy cheat too. All take about 5-10 seconds, previously was 0-1 second. The first time this happened I was playing toilet of the gods and turning on no monsters to learn how to get out of that damned pit. I flipped the no monsters option from the in game menu, new game, 5-10 second wait. That was the first time and now it is consistent. I don't see how that is related, but it's what happened. Final point: gameplay doesn't seem slower to me, just these specific load points.

What I've Tried:
-First I cleared my settings by killing the ini file and letting gzdoom generate a default. Then i just downloaded a whole new gzdoom zip. Neither of these worked, leading me to believe there is some kind of graphics option on my OS that somehow got flipped.
-I also tried the obvious of loading simpler levels to make sure it wasn't just these big crazy ones.
-I usually play with a custom loader I made in qt creator, so I made sure to try it the normal way. Even running a fresh gzdoom, built in doom 2, no custom wads, no custom loader, I see the long load times.
-Windows search Graphics Settings > Classic app > browse gzdoom > set it to high performance. Saw no change.

System Info:
Shite laptop. Lenovo X230 running Windows 10
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
gzdoom 4.2.4 and 4.3.2 (the second fresh install)

Taken from running 4.2.4 with the +log option. Here I stopped playing just after level 3 loaded, so I felt 5 slowdowns, one for each level loading (3) and one for each level ending (2).
