If you want help you're going to have to provide lots of info. Like what is your hardware, what is your operating system, what version of GZDoom/LZDoom/whatever you're using, what mods you're loading, how you're loading it, what you've already tried for fixing the problem, and anything else that is even remotely relevant to the problem.
We can't magically figure out what it is if you're going to be vague, and if we feel like you're just wasting our time with guessing games we will act like that's what you're really doing and won't help you.

Re: pk3 mods aren't able to execute
Are you playing the shareware version of Doom (doom1.wad)? The message means exactly what it says: you need to be using the full version of Doom to use mods. (Or use Freedoom, the open source alternative.)
Re: pk3 mods aren't able to execute
Is it only in GZDoom? Because it seems that in some ports it was possible to connect the mods together with the shareware.
Is this an independent ethical decision of the developers of GZDoom or a request from id software?

It is part of the original Doom's "Data Utility License":camper wrote:Is it only in GZDoom? Because it seems that in some ports it was possible to connect the mods together with the shareware.

In addition, "You cannot -file with the shareware version" has always been a part of the Doom code. If any source ports have ignored that, then they're the ones in breach of the agreement.3) AUTHOR'S DUTIES: You, the author of the Utility, may use the Trademark
