Contrary to popular belief, we are not all-knowing-all-seeing magical beings!

If you want help you're going to have to provide lots of info. Like what is your hardware, what is your operating system, what version of GZDoom/LZDoom/whatever you're using, what mods you're loading, how you're loading it, what you've already tried for fixing the problem, and anything else that is even remotely relevant to the problem.

We can't magically figure out what it is if you're going to be vague, and if we feel like you're just wasting our time with guessing games we will act like that's what you're really doing and won't help you.

Running latest build for first time, trying to play Wolfenstein 3D TC - wolf3d.bat, everything seems fine until - Unknown Player Class 'WolfPlayer', then Execution could not continue - No player classes defined.

What is going on?

Either the mod is incomplete or you did not load everything.

What GZDoom version? Can you show us how you're running the TC?

I too have this issue. The version of gzdoom I use is g4.3.3 Tried running the pk7 through ZDL with the -config Wolf3D.ini +exec Wolf3D.cfg in the extra command line box. No luck. I removed the pk7 file from the files box and put the whole -config Wolf3D.ini +exec Wolf3D.cfg -file Wolf3D.pk7 in there. No luck. using the included bats has it look for zdoom, and a custom bat with gzdoom -config Wolf3D.ini +exec Wolf3D.cfg -file Wolf3D.pk7 again no luck

You aren't including the Wolf3D_Resources.pk3 file...

Also, what do you mean by "both websites"?

EDIT: If you downloaded the last release off of the afadoomer.com/wolf3d site, you should be running "Wolf3D GZDoom.bat".
