Hello, i'm like to playing multiplayer(note if i am from Indonesia)
I have seeing about Doom Connector that can connect to :
Skulltag
Gzdoom
Doom Legacy
Bloodmasters
Quake 2
WinQuake (Quake source port)
Zdoom
Zdaemon
Zsnes (SNES emulator)
Darkplaces (Quake source port)
Srb2 (Don't know)
Eduke32 (I don't know, maybe Duke Nukem 3D source port?)
But, can i play it all even i'm from Indonesia?

You should, in theory, be able to play anything online from any country - the only real issue you should hit is that of lag, from connecting to servers from other countries. Unless your country has an arbitrary internet filter that restricts you from certain sites...I don't recall Indonesia having anything like that, but I haven't exactly done the research.

I get 200-300 ping connecting to most American servers on Skulltag, which is totally crap for deathmatch.

This is why I pretty much never play Doom online.

SRB2 is presumably this. And EDuke32 is indeed a DN3D port.

As for playing online, you should get a client/server port (e.g., Skulltag or Odamex) and connect to a local server with which you won't have too horrible a ping.

You may want to give a look into using Doomseeker instead of the old Doom Connector.
