It's the same as any other pk* file; in this case, it's a renamed 7-zip archive that ZDoom happens to be able to load like any other file.

(Also, I'd really advise you to quit shouting.)

Since DRDTeam is still down, I can't get Perkistran's smoothed vanilla sprite animations.

Help a brother out here, please? :P
