Widescreen HUD for DooM

A widescreen HUD for 16:9 monitors. It's designed for the statusbar to be scaled to 8 and for 'HUD preserves aspect ratio' to be off.
The idea behind it is to prioritise the viewport's aspect ratio (~19:10) over the HUD's but also to keep the elements within the HUD at a readable size.

*Some resolution scaling options may not work*
