I just took the mod from StrikerMan780 and spent 10 minutes of my time. sd64texpack.pk3
Need add brightmaps and edit some gldefs, but I'm too lazy. Let it do someone else. I'm not a fan of Doom 64. :D

This looks pretty neat. Something you may run into is texture offsets that were done using vanilla textures end up messing up the D64 textures.

That can hold us over for the time being but it makes us wonder what DrPyspy's been up to in terms of the project..
