[HUD]Fallout 3's HUD for Doom.

For high-res texture/sprite projects, sprite-fix patches, music add-ons, music randomizers, and other graphic/sound-only projects.

yeah i know but at the same time from my experience it can be tricky to make a HUD compatible with all the resolutions available. i checked the pk3 files and i noticed a few things and if ZioMcCall wants it i can help him if he haven't already fixed it by himself.
