Hey, do you think you could add code to force y billboarding to decorations, and allow use of x/y billboarding for everything else?

Because blood doesnt actually get on his boots, its more like his boots transform into the zombieman's upon gibbing.

If I play for example sunlust, do I have to load just sunlust sprite fix or doom2 spritefix and sunlust spritefix together?

It says to load Sunlust's Compatibility patch after the Sprite Fix. So yes, load both. Make sure that the Compatibility patch is the last thing loaded in your launcher / command line. :)

Hello, i want to share some of the fixes i've made.

-Fixed the "@" icon missing outline pixels in the bottom.
-Fixed STFTL10, STFTR10 and STFKILL1 not having blood on doomguy's nose as it should be.
-Fixed "ENTRYWAY" logo missing its upper outline pixels.
-Fixed the animation of SAWGC0 and SAWGD0 so the graphics don't look cropped.
-Fixed inconsistencies between the sprites of the shotgunner, zombieman and player. Since the three of them are based on the same model they should be all the same. While i was looking at those sprites i've noticed some inconsistencies between them like cropped sections, missing/wrong pixels and incorrect animations so i decided to make a fix for those and they are all consistent now.
-Fixed BSPII3 incorrectly painted pixels.

Feel free to leave suggestions.

Quick stupid question, can I just use D2SPFX18.wad for the ultimate doom, or do I have to use D1SPFX18.wad?
Because it would a pain to set up 2 different shortcuts to ever time I wanted to play ultimate doom or doom 2

Short answer: It will not work, you will have to use the game-specific spritefixes. GZDoom won't even launch if you try to run Doom 1 with d2spfx1x.wad.

Nope it did not work, it doesn't even see the wads.

Forcing it to see the wads came up with a error log longer than my CVS receipt.

I have repacked Revenant100's Doom and Heretic sprite fixes into a single package that is safe to drop into your autoload and forget about it (it uses filter folders so the assets don't conflict) and converted the Dehacked work to ZScript... I should move my butt around to release it some time soon (already got Rev's permission to distribute it :))

That's cool, but the I don't really want the Dehacked stuff I like to see the Spider-mastermind glow as a early warning, but on the other hand the other changes are cool, like the SSG muzzle flash bug fix.

And idk why but the lost soul uses it old sprite not the v1.9 one,
like ya know when idle its has it has the nasal septum in its sprite but when it charges its just a hole,[default ones I mean]
well here its just a hole to begin with.
I wonder why.
