I noticed a stray pixel in Revenant's sprite SKELA1DA when working on Jack Skellington, which didn't seem to be fixed already.

Nice find!

Note that I recently attempted to fix some graphics as well, like the HELP screens, the intermission images for Doom 1 and the mugshot. Posted over at Doomworld forums.

Checked these out with Doom/Doom2, good work. Even my old eyes can see the improvements. The screenshots don't do it justice compared to in game. I'll have to dig out my Heretic disk and check those out as well, thank you.

I see that you've been banned, but for the sake of anyone else who may have a similar question, I am absolutely fine with anyone editing these sprites. They're meant to be an open resource as much as an enhancement add-on, so you're free to do with these as you wish.

Anyhow, I'm bumping this thread to say that I'm now releasing version 1.4 of this project. This update isn't particularly huge as I was not able to acquire any of the lost and unpublished Doom sprite art from Romero, but it's a continued improvement nonetheless! I have incorporated the fixes by NightFright as well as addressed a few other issues that were reported here and on Doomworld. I wish to thank NightFright for his contributions as well as everyone else who has kindly commented.

You're awesome, thanks for the update. Shame Romero wouldn't give up those cut sprites. I suppose they are still copywriten like the everything else.

I've tested your great work with Heretic, and this it awesome.

However, Hexen have the same issues that Doom and Heretic.

Do you make one day the same work with Hexen? :(

I've found another sprite discrepancy on the Wolfenstein SS rotations. Frames 5 through 8's legs don't mirror properly during the walking rotations.
