IMO you should not worry right now about angled frames.
I can do that, have some experience. The one you did is not fully consisteint with front.
The way to do is
1) take original face from my old IMP sprite which you enchanced to get your version, that one:

2) make angled version (I can do that)

3) you can enchance angled in the way you did front.

At this stage I would fininsh front frames and in meantime i will get angled old/original face

something i just realized, the imp only has two fingers and a thumb, but the hands you made are normal human hands, four fingers and a thumb LOL. just though id put that out there, so that you could fix that :P

I've read the thread for a while ... and tried the wad a while ago ... and since I'm more on the "enjoy what's presented" side than "this is bad; you SHOULD ..." side that many members are affected with, I say this is very welcomed, fresh air and fun to play. I may risk a : "is there any intention of completing all sides of existing monsters"? ; some battles proceeds with an alternance of old and new ...

i really want to get this imp done, its been to long considering its one of the most common monsters in the game

hi PFL

Actually your post is "fresh air", this is how I approach other mods too.
Anyways - it has ALL intentionons to be finished, actually it was once close to be completely done for existing monsters but thaen..I ve changed design:)
anyways, I have like 10x less time than when I started projects, still fortunatley, hardest work is done at least for DoomI monstes- I have settled on how they should look like, did heads.

In some cases I got enormous help like from yaheshua (still have to finish merging his shogun guy with current) and now form Judge and TheMorden.
So it will be finished

Any progress on the Cyberdemon or the Spider Mastermind? Also how's the Caco doing? Were side renders done yet? And do they use subsurface scattering?

@Judge could you do some recoloring on the parts that don't match, since well, if anyone is gonna do an amazing job, is going to be you xD
or Thief666, who ever gets to it first :P, im just awful at that kind of thing hehe

That imp is looking good so far. Well done. I know the purist aren't going to like it but I think this project is the closest we'll ever get high detail sprites for Doom. Now, get back to work! :p

PS: Looking forward to the Pinky - he's my favourite beastie in the Doom universe. :)

@TheMorden, remember that the Imp's walking style is kinda jumpy. Aside from that, he's looking near damn perfect.
