If you are using Zdoom Launcher, just load the wad after Brutal Doom. If you drag and drop onto the launcher, have Brutal Doom to the left and 10x.wad to the right; that way, it'll load Brutal Doom first, then 10x.wad.
The wad multiplies the amount of monsters in the game by 10, as well as making them have the +GHOST flag, so projectiles from the enemies passes through them, as well as you being able to pass through the monsters. Ammo is also multiplied by 10 so have a chance killing the monsters.

WOW 10xs the monsters XD my poor pc would lag like crazy. It cant even run high resolution environment mods without a bit of lag.
