You're trying to load AEoDdat twice. Don't do that.

Also if I were you, I'd use GZDoom 2.2, no later for AEoD. At least, I think that works...

Noob question, but how could I rip the player classes and sprites from V5, and would making a side-.wad/PK3 to add classes to V6 be unfeasible?

Unfortunately I no longer possess version 5. It certainly is feasible but those were mainly just gimmicks.

Well, I was going to see if a little surgery would get this thing running in a fresh build of GZDoom. Deleted that line that ended in "A_Jump" hoping to receive just one more simple thing to fix. Instead I got slapped with a massive list of warnings about truncated floating point constants (probably calls to random instead of frandom or something like) and a bunch of "Self pointer used in ambiguous context; VM execution may abort!" and a touch of "Unsafe state call in et cetera blah blah yada yada."

I say all this to ask: is there currently any intention to correct these warnings and errors? I know it will still run on an old build.

Nah you're fine. :P Just aiming my feelings at college is all.

Honestly I really want to release the current version right here and now but it's still kinda dysfunctional in some regards. If you're willing to put up with them, I'm willing to put them out as-is for the time being.
