Wait... you don’t wont multiplayer support? I have it finished, it just needs testing
Just upload it as a DECORATE patch as a separate wad. I can't test it right now however.

Thanks. Eventually i'll make a multi-level puzzle wad for this maybe using ammo, monsters and other stuff.

Btw anyone think a hitscan version would be better?

Not quite to be honest, it's particullary nice to watch the trajectory of the energy projectile.

I definitely enjoy watching the projectile, but damn that would be fast as a hitscan. :-D

What are the reasons (other than the projectile size issue) you would want it to be hitscan? Maybe I'm having trouble visualizing it, but it just seems like it'd be weird....

Speed. But I just realised that it can't be a hitscan becase it'll get stuck in the wall (Again, has to be the same size as the player :()

i think it may be because monsters cant execute thing_hate. Don't give up hope tho, this is why I'm here

They can't...? Agh why?! If that's the issue you should try just adding a new script to the library with it in.

Also, you're never on msn to test this thing.

Did this, by chance, turn into something? :-D I hope so.

About speed.... it's already pretty fast--noticeably faster than plasma. The speed hasn't bothered me at all, but you probably have something special in mind....

If your thinking of an add-on to the portal gun wad then yes, we are trying to get multiplayer working. After some testing (with another person), I have found out some bugs that need to be fixed, such as player2 affecting player1’s portals (and visa-versa), and I think I have a way to fix them

Despite what Cutty says, I don't think of this as an add-on. Rather, it's the official release! :-D
