Doom (1) E1M1 Invasion-mode.
Just start 'm as single- or coop play.
The Invasion thing will start automaticly.

Map E1M1 modified into Invasion mode.

The Invasion code however was made somewhere in 2016.
I don't remember it. It was done when i started to do a Wolfenstein 3D Invasion.

i'd love to see proper invasion made available outside Zandronum. You have my attention on this. It's just like I told the guy who was working on ST Emulation...

It'd be nice to play some of the classics like Armageddon 2, Alpha/Delta Invasion, Invasion Unleashed, etc without having to take our favorite mods/addons and dumb them down so that Zandronum's outdated GZDoom codebase doesn't cry.

Nice to see you again and your neat invasion project. Hope you're doing well, and i'll just leave it here just in case you want to know more about using youtube efficiently:

first, you copy the URL of selected vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G-NHaWdz8bk

And then copy the code at the end of watch?v=. (G-NHaWdz8bk)

Open full editor of the forum, click on youtube button to generate the empty youtube tag. [youtube][/youtube]

Put the copied code in between the tags and then voila! Your vid is visible to the Forum now!

Yeah, i understand. Anyway both are quite fine and standard to play though. Tho Brown Nazis fire more bullets than i remembered!

So, im not sure how high this project has gotten off of the ground, but just know you have my support in this effort as well. i've always dreamed of an invasion style mod that I could run through GZ and have some of my mods working with as well. This looks awesome!

As others have said, if you can get a full fledged invasion mode going on GZDoom, that would be awesome.

Ehmm, the thing is... this Invasion script im working on, is NOT compatible with the existing invasion wads, like Alpha & Delta, or Invasion Unleashed....
The maps then must be all modified.
Im good, but Im not THAT good. :mrgreen:

Ofcourse i can modify all existing Invasion project, and to implement the script, and changing all the monsters en weapons things...
Im sure it will work without the Zandronum or the old Skulltag code.

If i could, if i was THAT good, i would have made a file that you can swap all together with the existing wads out there.... :cry:

Im pretty far, to release the test file. It contains the first episode of Doom1, and i will leave it by that.
Just to avoid copyright infringements. Im already doing so, so lets not make it that bad. :?
So far i have map 1-6 done...although ..map 6 is not doing the way i wanted it to be (Its not spawning enough monsters. Somewhere there is an invisible bug, i cannot find).
