I think the Streetsweeper needs more power. There has to be a reason to use it over the Viper Magnum.

It has more ammo, and the magnum's ammo is rare.

Another bug. You get teleported to the boss in MAP03, but after you beat it, you don't get teleported back, so you're stuck there.

The streetsweeper is less accurate, fires slower and the player can hold less clips.

Regarding the street sweeper: I guess I could increase damage a bit, and maybe add a couple more pellets, but I'll probably increase the spread a bit, making it less useful over longer distances.

BetaSword: It teleports back just fine for me, in all difficulty settings this time. :P

EDIT: Also, try adding a few altfires to the mix as well. That would rock.

I think this mod is cool. :o
...like the reloading stuff :)

It would be nice though, if reloading is done by the fire button when having no ammo left in weapon.

UPDATE!

By popular demand, I have strengthened the streetsweeper quite a bit. Also, I added a whole lot of meny graphics and the like for this release. BIG MEGA HUGE thanks to Apothem for all the menu stuff. It makes everything seem even cooler, really. :P

Cool so far (only just got it).

Did you know the menu sounds can be customised too - so you can have different sounds effects for different menu events?

Yep. I've done that for Death to Chainsaws so far, but I'm not really so sure of where to find some menu sounds for this wad.

I guess I might change the skull icon as well, later. Who knows? :P

On map03 so far.

The first bossfight was fairly easy. Keep your distance and keep shooting. Make him really scare the crap out of you by having loads of dust shoot up in the air when each bullet hits.
